Refund Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

This policy covers paid DropIMG subscriptions processed by PayPal: Drops Pro (€2.99/month or €24.99/year) and Web Assets Developer ($9/month or $90/year) and Pro ($29/month or $290/year). The two products are billed separately and do not share entitlements. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. There is a free plan, so you can try before you pay

DropIMG works without an account and without paying. Drops Pro adds longer Drop link lifetimes, password-protected Drops, and full Drop history. Web Assets Free covers a small number of permanent /m/… projects; paid Web Assets plans raise those limits. Nothing about a free plan expires or degrades if you decide not to subscribe.

2. Cancel any time

You can cancel renewal from your DropIMG billing page, or from Manage payment in PayPal (your PayPal wallet). There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. DropIMG shows payment history and PayPal receipt links where a transaction id exists. Those records are not invoices.

When you cancel renewal, the paid product stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. You are not charged again. Account deletion cancels the live PayPal subscription first and ends access immediately because the account is closed.

3. Refunds for the period already paid

We do not refund the remainder of a period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate part months or part years. You keep the paid product for the time you bought. There is no self-serve refund button in DropIMG.

Two exceptions, both of which we will honour:

4. EU and UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days from the start of your subscription to withdraw from it and receive a refund, without giving a reason.

Because a paid DropIMG plan is a digital service supplied immediately, you are asked to agree at checkout that supply begins straight away. Where you have used the service during those 14 days, the amount refunded may be reduced in proportion to what you used, as the law allows. In practice, for a subscription at these prices, we refund in full.

5. Who processes the payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. DropIMG is the merchant of record for every Drops Pro and Web Assets purchase. Advertised prices are the totals you pay, tax included. Receipts arrive from PayPal. DropIMG does not generate invoices for these subscriptions.

The charge appears on your statement as a PayPal payment to DropIMG. If you are scanning a statement for an unfamiliar charge, that is us. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and show as a reversal from PayPal.

PayPal's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Where they give you more than this policy does, they win. This policy does not expand or restate PayPal Buyer Protection beyond what PayPal actually provides.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support@dropimg.io from the address on the account, and tell us what you would like refunded and why. Please include the date of the charge. You do not need an order number, but it helps if you have the receipt PayPal sent you.

You can also open a case from your PayPal activity. We still handle DropIMG refunds ourselves; PayPal is the processor, not the merchant.

We aim to answer within a few working days. Approved refunds are typically back on your card within 5 to 10 working days once PayPal has processed them, depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes far longer to resolve than an email. If a chargeback is raised, we may suspend the paid product on the account while it is being investigated.

8. What is not refundable

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. The version in force when you were charged is the one that applies to that charge.
